It's refreshing to read the posts here by the members, sometimes I get depressed when I read comments about the Palestinians are terrorists, although they are fighting for their land, Syrians being part of a conspiracy and religious conflicts, although what they are looking for is freedom and justice.

And they say religion is the cause of all evil we are witnessing, but it's politics and they use religion to turn people away from their believes.

This is a picture of Mina Daniel, who was killed during the Egyptian revolution.



When he was injured during the protests along with others, who were both muslims and christians he was taken into a mosque to treat him.

Now the media is attacking the Islamist presidential candidate and calling him a "terrorist". Although I am against him politically but he is not a murderer! Unlike his opponent who is Mubarak's ex-prime minister.

Dear Moex, very sorry to hear about Mina Daniel, on the other hand it is very usefull to hear information from the people as you, especially in the field of religion and politics because sometimes in the media you hear only what they want to hear. It is also very responsible the position you take for the muslim candidate , you disagree, but you dont go to the other end accussing him for things that he has not done.
Once again, we all hope the best for your country, I have a close relation allow me to say as both my granparents used to live and work in Egypt for many years in the past

same here yes I hope so. Just came back from a protest which is stopped by the police and the army. Those guys are spying on Facebook now, they knew we were going to hold it at that time lol. Bloody hell.

I hope the forum is ok about talking on politics. I forgot to ask as some forums don't allow political discussions.

If it's ok with the forum rules post some videos please in English about the Greek presidential elections, I would like to know what's on there. The news here rarely covers anything out side the Arab region

Reason: Mubarak and ex interior minister got sentenced for life, BUT Mubarak's sons are judged not guilty and also ex interior minister's assistants are also not guilty.

What happens next is the appeal. And according to the trial they can revoke the life sentence as the assistants are not guilty which means there is no case against Mubarak and the ex minister.
